My cats instantly loved this house. L size is pretty big, easily can fit 2 small or 1 big cat. As a disadvantage I wanna notice that it's a bit wobbly, not stable, and the zip is kinda bad quality. But- overall, nice and comfy cat house to play, sleep and chill in it.
